CASTE RITA EBNER Of Upper St. Clair, unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 26, 2013. Beloved wife for 20 years to Lucian Caste; cherished sister of Marlene Ebner Todd (Richard) and Janet Ebner (James Zerilla); devoted aunt and godmother of Lisa Todd Hart (Michael) and their daughter Caitlin and nieces and nephews, Marie Davis, Mark Ebner (Pam) and Torry Zerilla; great-aunt of Lyndsey Helley and Abriana and Adelynn Zerilla; great-great-aunt of Ciarra Kelley; sister-in-law of Susan Ebner Trosky; stepmother of Cicely Caste (Emmett O'Boyle); step-grandmother of James Lucian McCreight (Chappell Marmon). Rita and Lucian were proud of their special relationship with Tungalag Ayush, Murat Arosy and Lucia. Rita was an honorary alumnus at Carnegie Mellon University. She was a docent for tours at the Duquesne Club's Art Collection and a sister in PEO's Chapter G in Oakland. Rita was a member of St. Clair Country Club where she was active with the Ladies Golf Club and Bowling Club. She also volunteered her time in helping manage the gift shop at Magee-Women's Hospital and was an active member of the St. Louise de Marillac Ladies Guild. Rita was passionate about flowers and spent a lot of her time gardening and enjoyed traveling the world with her husband Lucian. Rita was a loving and caring person who dedicated her time taking care of others and will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Funeral arrangements by BEINHAUERS. Friends welcome at 2828 Washington Road, McMurray (724-941-3211) on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:30 a.m. in St. Louise de Marillac Church.
