O'ROURKE ROY E. 81, of Moon Township, passed on Sunday, December 1, 2013. Born April 11, 1932 in Moon Township, son of the late Clarence D. and Blanche (Martin) O'Rourke; beloved husband of Roselle (Wheeler) O'Rourke and his late wife, Martha J. O'Rourke; father of Tim E. O'Rourke of Greensboro, NC; stepfather of Howard (Lisa) Wheeler of Silver Spring, MD and Laura Fox of Winchester, VA; grandfather of Patrick J. and Michael B. O'Rourke; step-grandfather of Nicholas and Kirsten Wheeler; brother of Janice Brough of Ft. Meyers, FL and CD "Shorty" O'Rourke of Moon Township and the late Lois Stewart. Roy was a veteran of the Army serving during the Korean War, was a machinist, and was very active with the Food Pantry at Sharon Community Presbyterian Church. He enjoyed gardening and the outdoors. Visitation Tuesday 7-9 p.m., COPELAND'S MOON TWP., 981 Brodhead Rd., where a service will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Interment Coraopolis Cemetery.
