
INCHECK ELMER JOHN 92, of Salisbury, formerly of Pittsburgh, died Tuesday, December 10, 2013, at home, with his family and best buddy "Chloe" by his side. Born in Rankin, PA, he was the son of the late George and Mary Incheck. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 61 years, Eleanor, who passed away in 2008. He cherished his family and friends and remained active until the time of his death. He was a life member of the Salisbury Lions Club, a Melvin Jones Fellow, past district governor of Lions District 14-B in PA, and proud of his 59 years of perfect attendance as a Lions member. He served nearly three terms as the Mayor of Forest Hills, PA, prior to moving to Salisbury to be closer to his family. A loving father, grandfather, mentor, and role model, he is survived by a son, Kip Incheck of Silver Spring, MD; a daughter, Donna I. Richardson and her husband, Don; a granddaughter, Renee Hall and her husband, Joshua; and great- grandsons, Mason, Parker, and Landry Hall, all of Salisbury; and grandson, Mark Richardson and his wife, Krista; and great- grandson, Tanner Richardson of Baltimore, MD; in addition, he is survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, Frank and Charlotte Sacramento, Elmer and Ilene Chuba, Joe Chuba, Irene "Gaby" Toth, Madeline Bunecieky; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Clarence, Charles, Eleanor, and Madeline. A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, December 21, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Salisbury. Visitation will be held from 9:30 - 11 a.m. prior to the service. Committal will follow in Wicomico Memorial Park in Salisbury. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to Coastal Hospice, P.O.
