One year ago today, you held my hand until the very end. Then the angel came and took it to lead you home. You had a smile on your face because you knew your Mum and Giacomo were waiting for you with hugs and kisses. I thank God everyday that he gave me the chance to be with you during your last days and moments. I miss and think about you everyday and pray that you rest in peace in the arms of the angels and may you find comfort there.
