HOWELL FRANCES (NELSON) Age 86, of the Hill District, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2014. Daughter of the late Edward and Frances Nelson; wife of the late Robert Howell; mother of Phyllis I. Hager (Gilbert); sister of the late Dorothy Robinson, Lillian Hill Katherine Ellis, and Edward Eddie Nelson; grandmother of Tierra Hager, Michael Hager, Jr., and Dontashia Hill; great-grandmother of Nakiya Owens and Michael Hager III; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
