BALCER WALTER Age 91, of Slippery Rock, formerly of West Homestead, passed away on January 15, 2014. Born on Sept. 15, 1922, in Pittsburgh, the son of the late Charles and Mary (Cieslak) Balcer. He was the beloved husband of the late Elizabeth (Fico) Balcer; loving father of Walter (the late Charly), Mary Beth Balcer Warren and Daniel (Carol Jean); grandfather to Whitney and Adrian Jones, Glenn and Aaliyah Warren, Arayah Harper and the late Neil Balcer.
