Youngest child of the late Nicholas and Catherine (Hanchovsky) Hulak; precious mother of Susan (Ralph) Fazio, Diane (Bert) Antes, Robert (Fran) Taylor, Kathryn (late Tom) Brady, Melissa Taylor and the late Nancy (Dave) Walzer; cherished Baba of Justin Brady, Ralph Fazio, Brandon, Jordan and Jillian Antes, LeAnn and Robert Walzer, Kristin Shafer-Taylor and the late Renae Fazio; sister of Katherine Charles, and the late Ann Kulick, John Hulak and Mary Velmar; sister-in-law of Patricia (late Tom) Taylor, Lorraine (late Al) Logue, Patricia (late Jim) Ritenour, Bill (Rose) Taylor, and Jeanette (late Dick) Taylor; godmother of Sandy Hodgkiss, Karen Logue, and Anette Jakiel; former wife of the late Robert Taylor; sweetheart of the late Jim Kellerman.
