HANKEY FLORA G. 91, of Oakdale, North Fayette Twp., died Friday, February 7, 2014, in her home. She was born August 31, 1922 in Imperial, the daughter of the late John and Kunegunda (Benbenic) Maximovich. Mrs. Hankey was a member of Holy Trinity R.C. Church, Robinson Twp. She was a merchandising specialist with the Joseph Horne Co., and with her family operated Hankey China Co. and Coral Reef Aquarium. She was an outstanding homemaker and enjoyed gardening and reading. Surviving are her husband, William P. Hankey, Sr. of North Fayette; sons, Bill Hankey, Jr. and partner, Bill Hamilton of North Fayette, John (Sandy) Hankey of Clinton; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren; brothers, Valenti Maximovich of Bridgeville and Albert Maximovich of Imperial. Friends will be received Tuesday 4-8 p.m. in the THOMAS - LITTLE FUNERAL SERVICE, INC., 305 Main Street, Imperial (724-695-2800), where Blessing Service will be held Tuesday at 8 p.m. Interment will be private.
