DEMAREST WILLIAM A. Age 84, of Monroeville, passed away on Monday, January 13, 2014. Husband for 53 years to Lorraine (Zablocki) Demarest; father of Leslie Ann Stanforth (John), William O. Demarest (Laura), Sandra Lynn Smith (Craig), and Dean W. Demarest; grandfather of Darby, Declan, and Daryl Demarest, Shannon and Lindsey Stanforth, and Lilia and Lleyton Smith; brother of Joan Behrens (John); uncle of Suzi and Jill. Bill was a veteran having served in the United States Marine Corps and was retired from U.S. Steel. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at Cross Roads Presbyterian Church, 2310 Haymaker Road, Monroeville, with Rev. Robert J. Marrow, officiating.
