FOSTER WILLIAM A. Age 69, of the Hill District, passed away peacefully on February 20, 2014. Son of the late Fobie Foster and Norma A. Foster; beloved husband of Lorraine Kennedy Foster; father of Noreen L. Foster; grandfather of Kairo M. Colleton; brother of Richard Foster and the late Ronald Foster; also survived by host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
