Daughter of the late Eugene and Florence Smigas; sister of Janice Petersen of Virginia Beach, VA, David Smigas of Munhall, Zane Smigas of Florida and the late Barbara Smigas; aunt of Jackie Smigas, Zane Smigas, Jr., Emily Smith, Dylan Smith, Megan Sloan and the late Eric J. Smith; niece of Lorretta Phillip and Betty Barron; also survived by many cousins and friends. Kathy was a crossing guard for Munhall and worked as a volunteer for Munhall Fire Company #2.
