MANGUM JOEL TURNER, JR. Age 51, passed away February 28, 2014, in Pittsburgh, PA. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida, on February 15, 1963. He attended Terry Parker High School. He was valedictorian of the Everest Medical Institute. He was preceded in death by his father, Joel Turner Mangum, Sr. He leaves to cherish his loving memory, his mother, Faye Carter; grandmother, Iris Butler; aunt, Kay Carter; brothers, Todd Mangum and Tim Fairley; daughter, Melody Mangum; son, Joel Turner Mangum III; fiancee, Kelly Demczak; and nephew and nieces, Mitch Mangum, Morgan Mangum, and Kayla Fairley.
