Palmer; daughters, Sheila Adams (Robert Jones), Denise Doswell, Vanita Morant (Samuel) and Helen M. Trent (James); nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brother, George A. Williams (Clementine) of Martinsville, VA; sister, Annie Glenn Bennett of Blairs, VA; sister-in-law, Shirley Womack of Pittsburgh, PA; along with a host of nieces and nephews; and her special friend, Darryl Bryant.
