FRANK JOYCE E. (BADER) Age 69, of Windber. Joyce went to celebrate Easter in Heaven April 11, 2014, at Shadyside UPMC. Born March 24, 1945, in Johnstown. Daughter of the late Albert G. "Boots" and Virginia (Myers) Bader. Survived by husband, Michael "Paul" Frank, Jr., who together would have celebrated their 49th wedding anniversary in June. Also survived by children, Michael P. Frank III, of Pittsburgh and Susan M. Frank, of Johnstown; brother, Albert Bader, Jr., former husband of Sharon Knavel of Elton; nephew, Jeremy Bader; niece, Brenda Szelong; and brother-in-law, Richard L. Frank and wife, Phyllis (Potter). Graduate of Ferndale High School, Class of 1963. Joyce enjoyed scrapbooking. Member of Women of the Moose Lodge, chapter 2064 and United Methodist Women. Joyce was an active member of First Evangelical Congregational Church, Johnstown, until it closed. Friends received 4-8 p.m. Sunday at the WILLIAM KISIEL FUNERAL HOME, Windber. Attended Calvary United Methodist Church, Windber, where the family will also receive friends from 10 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 11 a.m. on Monday with Rev. John H. Snyder. Private interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Johnstown. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Calvary U.M.
