LEWIS PATRICIA G. Age 92, of O'Hara Twp., passed away on Friday, July 19, 2013. Wife of the late Frederick Lewis, Jr.; mother of Diane (James) Wright of Aspinwall, Melissa (E. Douglas) Stephan of Lexington, KY and the late Eric Lewis; grandmother of Erinn Carusetta, Peter (Erin) Stephan, Sarah Stephan, Jamie Wright and Hunter Stephan; great-grandmother of Nastassja Carusetta and Francesca Carusetta; sister of Hugh Goodrich. Mrs. Lewis, a graduate of the Neighborhood Playhouse, New York, New York, was a long time supporter of many artistic and philanthropic charities including: The Twenty-Five Club, Civic Light Opera, Operalogue, and The Pittsburgh Playhouse.
