
DIETHORN JAMES H. BIG D Age 58, of Douglasville, GA, previously of the Allentown area of Pittsburgh, passed away unexpectedly on July 19, 2013. Born in Pittsburgh to the late Joseph and Lucille Diethorn; beloved brother of Dale (Cheri) Diethorn, Marianne (Rick) Mallory, Stephen (Erica) Diethorn, and the late Joseph Diethorn; also survived by sister-in-law, Janet Sauter; and many loving nieces and nephews. Jim was President and co-organizer of the Atlanta Tall Club and choir member of the Unity North Atlanta Church. He was a self employed installer of conveyors, along with many other helpful talents. Jim loved collecting H.O. Trains, woodworking, mystery novels and helping anyone in need. His boisterous chuckle at his own jokes will resonate in our hearts forever. Friends and family will be received Saturday, July 27 from 9 a.m. until time of Memorial Service at 11 a.m. at JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills.
