MORRIS ELIZABETH H. BETTE Age 86, of Clairton, passed away on Monday, August 19, 2013 in Arrowood at Southwestern in West Mifflin. Born June 29, 1927 in Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of the late John and Julianna Harrison. A parishioner of St. Clare of Assisi Parish, Bette loved to read and was a member of the Clairton Library Book Club. She also loved arts, crafts, and arranging flowers, and was the caretaker of all generations of her family. Bette joins her husband, the late James W. Morris. She is survived by her son, Raymond (Sue) Morris of Clairton; her daughter, Kellie (Terry) Miele of Ruffsdale; her sister, Audrie (Regis) Keller of West Mifflin; her four grandchildren, Jonathan Morris and Alexandra, Zachary, and Domanic Miele; nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her brothers, Bernie, Albert, Eddie and Ray Harrison; and sister, Olga Sherwin. Friends will be received in the A.J. BEKAVAC FUNERAL HOME, 555 5th. St., Clairton, PA 15025 (412-233-5700) on Saturday, August 24, 2013 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Blessing Service in the funeral home. Burial will be private at Jefferson Memorial Park in Pleasant Hills.
