Mr. Madigan retired as the business manager of M.C.A. Plumbers Local 27. He was a democratic chairman of the Swissvale Council for many years. He was an active member of the St. Anselm Parish and the St. Paul Monastery. Tom worked as the maintenance director for the Kane Hospital system. O'Neill and a sister, Laverne Racko. She is survived by her children, Wilbert Bert, Jr. and William (Kathleen) O'Neill; grandchildren, Susan (Kenn) Staub and Patricia (David) Wilson; great-grandchildren, Will Staub, Lake Staub, Bryan Wilson, and Mark Wilson; a brother, Russell Earl Smith; and nieces and nephews. Beloved husband of Carol M. (Yamry) Moore; loving father of Charles Alroy, Kimberley (Gene) Tjin, Colette (Michael) Hoeschen, Susette (Andrew) Johnston, Annette (Gareth) Oystryk; and nine grandchildren. Charles served in the United States Air Force. He then entered and retired from Foreign Service as an officer. Charles attended Seattle University, Washington and Berkley College, California. He traveled, played golf and tennis.
