Son of the late Joseph and Marlene (Lautman) Torbin. Lee has lived the past 12 years in Fawn Twp. and prior to that the Pittsburgh area. He was a Sergeant for Allegheny County Police, Homicide Division for 30 years, also PA Gaming Control Board, South Western Regional Director. Lee was a Vietnam veteran serving in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed hunting, boating, motorcycles, outside work, maintaining his home, was a Pittsburgh sports fan ,and was an avid cook. Survivors include his wife, Judith A. Judy (Vybiral) Torbin; children, Christopher S. Torbin, Pittsburgh and Amanda L. (Joe) Jennings, Shaler Twp.; stepdaughter, Jennifer (Baker) Indorato, Pittsburgh; a sister, Sandra (Victor) Siegel, Monroeville; and three cousins, Sid of San Francisco, Phyllis of Pittsburgh, and Alan of Colorado.
