COFFEE CARMEL (PETRARCA) Age 94, passed away Friday, August 14, 2015, formerly of Swissvale. Beloved wife of the late Eugene Coffee; mother of the late Thomas Coffee and his surviving wife, Shirlee; grandmother of Cari Crifasi, Cindi Roth and Chancy Chavis; and great-grandmother of Nino Crifasi, Taylor and Kennedy Roth and Brayden and Weston Chavis; daughter of the late Carmella and Domenic Petrarca; sister of Domenic Petrarca and his wife, Lois, of Wilkins Twp., Anthony “Tony” Petrarca of Tacoma, WA and Cecelia Marchitello of Swissvale and the late Paul, Josephine Dalonzo, Mary Caputo, Nicholas Petrarca, Agnes Paesano, Antionette Petrarca and Samuel Petrarca; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Above all, she was a devoted wife and mother. Carm was a person of many talents. She taught line dancing at the Swissvale Senior Center, a trip coordinator for Swissvale Senior Center, secretary for the Swissvale Women's Bowling League and devoted lifelong member of Madonna Del Castello Parish where she chaired the bake sale at the annual parish festival for many years. She was a retired florist from Mele Brothers Florists. Her talents included crocheting and a seamstress as well. She took pride in making baptismal garments for many newly born members of her family. Carm was also an excellent cook and baker. The family would like to thank the LGAR Home for many years of excellent care. Friends received Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the THOMAS L. REAMS GLEN R. Age 58, died Thursday, August 13, 2015, at Washington Hospital following a lengthy illness. He was born April 20, 1957, in Pittsburgh to the late Mary Alice and Glen Reams. He is survived by his wife, Zelda of 25 years; and his children, Chad (Nicole), Jeremy (Kelli), Nicole, Glen, and Brandy; also survived by two sisters; four grandchildren; many nieces and nephews and many friends. (Bob) Sicuro, Patricia (Lou) Payne, both of North Huntingdon, William (Magg) Roland, Jr. of North Braddock, Marlene (Russ) Roland of Forest Hills, James (Liz) Roland of Adamsburg and late infants, Arlene and John; brother of Margaret Chernick of FL, Winifred O'Malley of TN and the late James Roland; also survived by 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. Bill was a WWII and Korean War Navy veteran. He was a retired police officer and Chief of Police from North Braddock Borough with 28 years of service. Bill was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #91, and was a life member of the North Braddock Amvets, Post #60, the former American Legion in East Pittsburgh and also the North Braddock Fire Department. FOSTER RICHARD F., Jr. Of North Braddock, age 59, on Sunday, August 16, 2015. Rick was preceded in death by his father, Richard "Dick" Foster; and his brother, Bruce Foster. He is survived by his cherished sons, Jesse (Lori) Foster of South Park, Jordan Foster of Manor, Cody Foster and Richard Foster III, both of Irwin; his beloved mother, Janet (Korbel) Foster and her dear friend, Jim McCreanor; his brother, David Foster; and his sister, Stacey Soltis, both of CA. Rick was the co-owner, along with his brother, Bruce, of the former Foster's Meats in Lawrenceville. His passion in life was the sport of football. As a youth, he played for the Morningside Bulldogs and his high school, General Braddock. REISER KENNETH MICHAEL Age 81, of Scott Township, PA, passed peacefully at home on August 15, 2015. He was the beloved husband of the late Margaret J. Reiser, whom he cared for faithfully until her recent death; son of the late Michael and Magdalen Reiser; and brother of Evelyn Ludwig of New Jersey. Ken was born on April 28, 1934, in New York City. He is survived by his two nieces, Alise (David) Hull and Merritt Blake; and many beloved great-nieces and nephews. He worked as a flight Engineer at U.S. Steel Flight Department for over 40 years. He was a proud US Air Force veteran, serving for eight years. Ken was an avid gardener, and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. A celebration of his life will be held by his family. McGREGOR JAMES T. Age 73, tragically, on Saturday, August 8, 2015, Jim entered the golden gates of Heaven. Beloved husband of Judith A. (Musico) McGregor; dear father of Melissa (Bill) Morgano, Heather (Jim) Lukens and Amy (Tommy) Camp; loving grandfather of Connor, Jared, Dominic, Danielle, Alyssa, Alayna and Antonio; brother of Thomas (Annette) McGregor; and brother-in-law of Kathy (Ron) Rutkowski; also survived by nieces and nephews. Jim served in the Armed Forces. He was retired from the Federal Reserve Bank. Jim loved camping, tailgating, going to the Steelers games, and just plain sitting on the porch drinking beer. Mrs. Palmer was previously employed as a postal worker at the Oakdale Post Office. She enjoyed watching sports, playing bingo and cards. She was a member of Clinton Wesleyan Church.
